This 60-minute treatment is for returning patients who have already completed a 75-minute initial intake. Each session begins with a brief check in to review any changes in symptoms such as stress, sleep, digestion, pain, and overall wellbeing. Your treatment is then refined based on your current needs and progress. Every acupuncture session is personalized, supporting ongoing balance, symptom relief, and your long-term health goals.

This session is designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional balance through the NADA Protocol. Using a standardized five-point ear acupuncture treatment, this gentle protocol is commonly used to help calm the mind, reduce stress, support sleep, and promote a greater sense of steadiness and resilience. Sessions are quiet, restorative, and can be a supportive standalone treatment or integrated alongside your broader wellness plan.

Alternatively, use this code if it has been MORE THAN A YEAR since your last treatment, if we have established that your protocol is extensive and requires a little extra time... of if this is a new concern that Dr. Eriksen has not previously assessed.
