This full body massage uses oil or lotion with firm but gentle pressure to calm you while relieving muscle tension and helping to increase circulation. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) gently encourages the natural drainage of the lymph which can aide in immune function and decrease swelling. This therapy is appropriate for clients recovering from surgery, injury, or who have issues with their lympahtic system. This treatment uses the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and can include building lymphatic anastamoses according to principles of Complete Decongestive Therapy for complex presentations.
