Gather Wellness

This treatment unfolds over three months, combining a consistent home practice with supportive guidance throughout. Youll engage in a 1530 minute daily practice at home, creating a steady rhythm for nervous system regulation and integration.In addition, youll complete a weekly 45-minute session at home, with the option to come into the clinic if you feel called to deepen the experience within the supportive healing space of Gather Wellness. Please note that in-person sessions are available at an additional cost and must be booked in advance.
