Targeted sessions emphasize deep tissue work to address specific problem areas in your body. In these sessions, I take time to warm up the tissue using relaxing techniques including myofascial release and Swedish strokes, then use long holds to sink deep into the specific muscles causing trouble. For a 60-minute session, 1-2 focus areas are welcome.
