A blend of Swedish,Sports and Deep Tissue massage based on clients needs. My goal is muscle work and stress relief for the body and mind.

Acupressure points on the hands and feet are focused on resulting in total body rejuvenation. I start with wrapping the feet in warm towels while I work on the hands. Then spend the rest of the time working on the feet.
