Foot Reflexology is an ancient technique to help the body attain and maintain health and wellness. Reflexology is a complete healing system in itself; this total therapy utilizes reflexes on the feet to affect entire body systems to bring you back into balance. The 15 minute session is a special add-on for bookings between 1/23/25 until 2/28/2025 - valid one session per client.

Manual Lymph Drainage assists in reducing fluid throughout the body from athletic injuries, surgery, auto-immune diseases and oncology. MLD is also supportive of Lymphedema challenges. MLD is a gentle and relaxing technique - especially when recovering from athletic injuries. MLD is also a must prior to knee, hand or shoulder surgery - reducing existing inflammation can promote faster healing post surgery.
