New Patient Exam and Treatment -- This price is for New Patients who do not have insurance or have insurance that we are not in network with. We are currently in network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, MedCost, and United Healthcare. The cost for patients with insurance will vary based on co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductible. PLEASE NOTE: We are not a Medicaid provider.
