This is for those who have injuries or chronic conditions that require specific techniques tailored towards their health recovery. I use these techniques throughout all of my sessions. Techniques used will vary from person to person. Most medical sessions include range of motion testing, stretches, muscle balancing and very detailed muscle lengthening or broadening depending on the persons ailments and pain areas.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
