Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste and houses our immune system. This work is done on the skin without oil. You will lay face up for the entire session. A 75 min session includes neck, face, arms and legs.
