This is an initial appointment for patients that are new to massage at Meridian Integrative Health or new to a practitioner. During this treatment, your practitioner will go through a thorough health history, followed by a massage therapy treatment. Treatment length: 60 mins.
This is a initial appointment for 75 minutes with one of our student therapists. These 75 minute sessions are provided by a student currently completing their Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) practicum under direct supervision by a licensed RMT at our clinic. Each treatment is designed to support your health and wellness goals while giving our student therapist valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting. Please note: While these sessions offer therapeutic value, they are not billable to insurance as the therapist is not yet licensed. Perfect for clients seeking general muscle relief, relaxation, or maintenance care at a reduced rate.

A relaxing massage treatment typically on bare skin with oil that works on the muscles, tissues, and meridians involved with your symptoms as well as gentle fascial manipulations to restore balance to the body. These sessions are more hands on than acupuncture and help rejuvenate the entire body, unwind stress, and eliminate toxins. Fire Cupping is a traditional Chinese practice to remove tension and toxins from the body. It’s deeply relaxing and sort of feels like a reverse massage. Book this treatment if you prefer hands on Chinese Medicine techniques with no acupuncture.
