All new patients are requested to fill out the new patient health application and all other authorization forms as completely as possible. We know your time is valuable, so you can skip this step in the office by filling them out before your first visit. A one-on-one consultation will be conducted to discuss your health issues and goals and uncover the layers of past damage/ trauma to help determine the cause of your health concerns. A comprehensive chiropractic exam is performed to assess the overall function of the body and help identify any upstream problems that may be contributing to your health problems. This includes: specific spinal health examination postural evaluation flexibility and motion tests any neurological testing needed X-rays The exam provides vital information leading the doctor to a better understanding of your current state of health.
