Massage
A student massage therapist offers massage therapy services as part of their training and education, providing an opportunity for clients to receive affordable massages while supporting the students' learning experience. Students Massage Therapists are in the final stages of their training, having received thorough instruction in anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Massage therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft tissues using varying techniques. It is used to help restore proper function of muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, nerves, lymph and blood flow. Massage therapy relaxes the nervous system, increases metabolism and helps speed up the healing process. It can relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and improve posture. Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. Treatments are customized as per the needs.
- Deep tissue massage for chronic pain and tension relief.
- Myofascial release to restore mobility and reduce restrictions.
- Fire cupping to relieve deep muscle tightness and improve circulation.
- Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue work) for scar and fascial restrictions.
- Relaxation massage for stress reduction and nervous system calming.

Physiotherapy
A customized, disability-specific assessment for a new client or client who has not had an appointment within the last 3 months. This session consists of a one-on-one consultation with your physiotherapist, an initial assessment of your condition, and development of personalized treatment and home exercise plans.

- Kinesio taping for injury support and pain modulation.
- Acupuncture techniques for pain relief and recovery.
- Customized hip and knee osteoarthritis exercise programs.
- Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for dysfunction correction.
