Long strokes across regions are used to intergrate the body as a whole. An integrated approach incorporating multiple styles and techniques is used to treat a range of issues customized to your needs at the time.

This session begins with a 10-15 minute intake discussion that includes general breast health, your personal history, self care exercises to practice at home, treatment options, development of a treatment plan defining your goals, boundaries and obtaining informed consent. During the session, it's important for you to know that YOU are in control and may opt to pause, modify or STOP the treatment at any time for any reason. The most important thing is that you feel safe and comfortable at all times.
