Welcome to Monarch Acupuncture and Wellness! **Please Note: We do not guarantee Cigna coverage and we must verify your eligibility PRIOR to your first appointment. If your plan does not cover acupuncture, requires a deductible etc., we will collect the regular fee for our new patient visit.*** During this visit we’ll do a thorough health intake and gather all of your requisite history. If you have any relevant medical documents, please have them on hand. Following your visit we will create a customized care plan for you, complete with any supplement/herbal prescriptions, lifestyle and nutrition advice, and action steps to lead you toward your health goals.
