New Patient Visit is required before booking ANY other services. This is our opprotunity to get to know you, address concerns, establish your needs, and determine your wellness goals. **PLEASE Only Choose this service if this is your FIRST VISIT with us** This service includes a complete and thorough examination, consultation, and full regional treatment. During this service, we will be performing a complete medical history, discussing regional complaints, performing a head to toe physical examination and discussing all goals and expectations of treatment. If needed we will also prescribe a specific and tailored plan of treatment and give preventative measures to prevent further injury or aid in recovery of care. In addition to this we will be providing exceptional treatment to the areas of complaint via our many chiropractic techniques and therapies.
