Mossy Rock Massage

The 75min session allows for EITHER focused therapeutic bodywork OR restorative relaxation massage. Focused bodywork uses deep tissue neuromuscular techniques and integrated modalities for preventative care or remedial relief, within a comprehensive therapeutic approach. Restorative massage incorporates a Swedish flow method with an intention of restful relaxation.
