Deep tissue massage is used to provide a therapeutic massage session. I mix modalities on the table, ranging from Barefoot Ashiatsu, Thai massage on the table, classic deep tissue, cupping therapy, scraping, and steamed Thai herbal compresses. Goals often include reducing pain, improving joint mobility/range of motion, assistance in healing injuries, postural correction, relaxation, and/or whatever needs clients have at the time.
