The work that will be performed is different for every individuals body, overall massage techniques that are used, Effleurage, Petrissage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Range of motion, Active/passive stretching, and many more. my goal is to help you feel better, therefor I plan on using several techniques to achieve that.
