Nagomi Bodywork Therapy

Full body treatment with focus on one or two areas of the body. I use a selection of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Prenatal Massage techniques customized to your needs.

The treatment focuses on your whole body rather than just your symptoms. We begin with a comprehensive assessment to identify the root causes of your condition. Please note that this is not a massage, and you will remain fully clothed. I use a variety of hands-on methods to address soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, and blood and lymphatic vessels), as well as bones, joints, the spine, organs, and organ membranes. My primary goal is to increase your body's natural self-healing capacity.
