DOT Physical Exam This federally required exam ensures you're medically qualified to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle. The DOT physical includes: Comprehensive health history review Vision and hearing screening Blood pressure and pulse check Urinalysis Physical examination After the exam, you’ll receive a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Card) if you meet all health requirements. Please bring a valid driver’s license, a list of current medications, and any necessary medical records (e.g., CPAP compliance, specialist notes, etc.).
