Taxes (GST) already included in the price. A 60-minute massage therapy treatment allows time to address a few specific areas of tension while also supporting overall relaxation and recovery. Your treatment will begin with a brief assessment and discussion of your goals for the session (~2-5 minutes), followed by a hands-on treatment and home care instructions. Depending on the treatment plan and your personal preferences techniques may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, relaxation techniques, and/or assisted stretching. Upon completing your booking you will receive a confirmation email and booking form that needs to be filled out and signed. Cancelation Policy: To ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our patients, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid penalties. No shows will be charged the full price of the appointment. To book an appointment a credit card must be entered in to the booking system even if we will be direct billing to your insurer.
