This comprehensive initial visit is designed to understand your full health picture and begin a treatment plan tailored to your needs. We’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and look at the patterns contributing to physical, emotional, or energetic concerns. The session includes a detailed intake, pulse and tongue diagnosis based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a full acupuncture treatment. Other supportive techniques, such as cupping, moxibustion, bodywork, or energy-based therapies, may be added when appropriate.
