Osteopathy Initial Assessment
This 60 minute assessment is for new clients only. This session will begin with a conversation about your health goals and challenges. Then Maeka will observe your movement patterns, and posture while deciding how best to begin treatment. After this, Maeka will begin treatment, using gentle osteopathic adjustments to restore alignment, energetic flow and nourish the nervous system. In most cases some movement, breathwork or meditation will be given for home practice.
