This initial appointment will consist of an in depth health and medical history intake, central nervous system test, range of motion, as well as x-rays in order for Dr. Stephane to assess your current health status and requirements for care. The cost of this initial appointment is typically $280 PER PERSON and will include your report of findings appointment where you will discuss the results and recommendations with Dr. Stephane . The PROMOTION for the month of MAY is $159 for UP TO 4 FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS for this appointment per adult. Children are complementary and can be added to this appointment FOR EXISTING PATIENTS - Please phone the office to book an adjustment.
