Your first visit includes a focused history and examination to understand your symptoms and determine whether chiropractic care makes sense for your situation. Your exam may include vital signs, neurological and orthopedic testing, range of motion, and palpation as appropriate. We'll review what we find with you and discuss clear recommendations. Treatment may be provided at the same visit when appropriate and with your consent. Care may include heat, traction, soft-tissue work, gentle chiropractic manipulation, postural guidance, and home-care recommendations.
