Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It is very relaxing. 90 minute session is full body. Contraindications include congestive heart failure, renal failure, DVT. Only performed for wellness at this time (no cancer or lymphedema.)
