New Patient Visit
An appointment for new and prospective patients who have not yet received care at Parnell Chiropractic. This visit will take 2 hours to allow for the doctor to take a case history, perform a comprehensive exam, and explain care. This visit will include an exam in addition to chiropractic adjustments. As a new patient there are a few detailed intake forms that will be required. Please set aside time to complete these before your first visit.
- Applied Kinesiology for functional imbalances.
- Chiropractic adjustments for health.
- Manual muscle testing for assessment.
- Root cause analysis of health concerns.
