Massage or bodywork is utilized to reduce stress and pain from a neurological and trauma-informed approach. Multiple modalities are blended into one session ie: neuromuscular therapy, stretching, reflexology, trigger point, Swedish-style and hydrotherapy. This session is appropriate for those looking for relaxation, pain relief, injury rehab, post surgical, sports, general wellness and any combination of these. Pressure is applied within client's tolerance and varies based on session goals.

Reflexology is gentle manipulation and pressing certain parts of the foot to produce an effect elsewhere in the body.
