Initial Exam
Initial Exam is required for all new patients to Peak Family Chiropractic & Sports Performance. The initial exam will consist of a comprehensive health history, detailed chiropractic exam, orthopedic tests, adjustment, and any therapies agreed upon by the doctor and patient.
