Chiropractic
This appointment is for 40 minutes. This visit is appropriate for first time patients who will receive a thorough history, clinical exam, massage and Chiropractic treatment. If it has been a year or more since your last visit with a Chiropractor at Peakform Wellness, please choose this treatment. (Please arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled appointment to allow time to complete intake forms)
