Osteopathy is a type of manual therapy that treats every kind of tissue, including skin, muscles, joints, bones, organs, blood vessels, nerves and the fascia that contains and connects them, with the goal of dissociating adjacent tissue that has become adhered or restricted, potentially causing pain, a lack of mobility, and or impaired function.

Physiotherapy

Initial visits will consist of history and an assessment that will look at posture alignment and body mechanics. It is important that you present your interpretations of the problem. Please indicate if this booking is for ongoing issues and or acute injury. If this is for ongoing issues, for the lower limb/back region be sure to bring in some of your old shoes. Please advise if this is for joint replacement therapy. Note: It is most beneficial to have at least one visit prior to joint replacement surgery.
