The initial assessment allows the Kinesiologists to gather baseline data to help with structuring a personalized and safe treatment program to best fit the clients needs. Exercise Therapy is great for those who are rehabbing from an injury, experience chronic pain and/or are looking to get back into the gym but are struggling to do so without pain.
