New Patient Consultation
This is a new patient intake appointment: Its a thorough and in depth appointment with a multiple assesment process to determine the most suitable treatment plan for you. At this appointment (DAY 1) we will go through the neccesary intake form, the history of your complaint and other issues that may have contributed to now. We will also go through a computerised scanning postural and functional assesments and as a electromyography (MyoVision) Spinal Scan or ultrasound scan if clinically relevant.
