Acupuncture
This appointment is for new patients seeking acupuncture treatment. During your initial visit, our licensed acupuncturist will perform a focused assessment, discuss your health concerns and goals, and begin a personalized acupuncture treatment plan. No referral is required. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete intake forms.
Chiropractic
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms. If you have any previous imaging reports (X-rays, MRI, CT scans) or relevant medical documents, please bring them with you to your appointment. Direct billing is available for most extended health plans; however, coverage varies depending on your provider and plan. Patients are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by insurance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
