Massage Therapy
Relaxation massage offers a gentle massage which helps lower stress levels, promotes sleep, reduces anxiety, increases blood flow, and allows for a peaceful experience. Therapeutic and deep tissue massage are our customizable treatments that help relieve pain, reduce stress, and allow our skilled therapists to work on a specific problem, such as frozen shoulder, neck strain, whiplash, or a concussion. This 60 minute session is the most popular treatment length.
