approx 45 minute Zoom, Phone, or in person appointment discussing a TCM Herbal formula, we will go through a TCM style consult questionnaire and discuss any questions or goals you may have. Your formula will be created afterwards and shipped to your home address. Note: Cost of herbs is not included, and differs from formula to formula. Prices usually range from $90-$100 for one months supply of herbs, including shipping and taxes. Please contact if you have more questions.

Physiotherapy
45min Initial Physiotherapy Assessment for new patients or existing patients looking to explore a new injury. Please wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move around as well as provides access to the treatment area. The full appointment fee is charged in the event of a no show or in instances where less than 24 hours notice is provided for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.
