This is the most popular appointment length and provides ample time to treat one or more areas of concern while incorporating a comprehensive, individualized treatment approach. Whether you're managing pain, recovering from injury, or maintaining your overall wellness, your treatment will be tailored to your needs. Prenatal massage is available for all treatment lengths. If you are pregnant, simply book the appointment length that best suits your needs. Your treatment will be modified as needed to ensure your comfort and safety. his session is for existing clients (12 years and up) to Taylor and will include ongoing treatment, and education. This appointment will include an assessment, treatment, and education. Taylor will use a combination of Massage techniques and Manual Osteopathic techniques. This allows Taylor to help treat with a wider lens, combing soft tissue release with myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage, or visceral massage to treat the body as a whole. A portion of your visit will be used to review your treatment, home care and any questions you may have. If desired, please add an appointment note so Taylor can be prepared for the region(s) you would like to focus on. This session is for returning clients who have previously been treated by Vanessa. If desired, please add an appointment note so Vanessa can be prepared for the region(s) you would like to focus on.

New clients for acupuncture. During this appointment your acupuncturists will go over your health history and provide your first acupuncture treatment. This appointment is up to 1.5 hours in length.

For breech presentation babies. In combination with acupuncture, moxibustion is applied to a particular acupuncture point in an effort to encourage fetal movements so that baby will be in a head-down position before birth.
