Recommended for multiple areas of tension, full upper OR lower body treatment, stress and nervous system overload, posture related tension, chronic tightness, as well as clients seeking a balanced therapeutic/relaxing experience. This is the most commonly recommended treatment length for addressing both specific concerns and overall body tension.
