This 60-minute session includes a comprehensive osteopathic assessment and a hands-on treatment tailored to your individual needs. Our osteopath will evaluate your posture, mobility, and musculoskeletal function to determine the root cause of your symptoms. Ideal for new patients or those returning after a long break in care. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, etc.), bring it with you.
