Sessions with Taylor are designed to create, enhance and restore the movement within various systems of the body. Taylor offers various massage techniques including; mainly swedish, and Myofascial Therapy to help release chronic muscle tension and address areas of pain caused by tight, overactive muscles. Releasing these restrictions can help reduce pain, improve mobility, restore proper muscle function, and support overall structural balance.
