Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is a whole body MLD. One could also schedule for a 60 minute manula lymphatic drainage (MLD) massage. Which is a more targeted aproach and only covers 2 body parts. For example: Left side or right side of the body, or upper torso or lower torso.
