Every massage is customized to each client. Based on your preferred pressure, style of massage and areas of concern, I will work with you to create your unique massage. I will use a combination of techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral and Lymphatic Drainage to reach our session goals. All services include aromatherapy and hot towels!
