Massage

This will be a combination of body work on the table and reiki, which is working on your Chakras using crystals and hands on energy work. Reiki is a holistic healing practice that involves the gentle transfer of universal energy through the hands of a trained practitioner. This non-invasive technique aims to balance the body's energy, promote deep relaxation, and support the natural healing process. During a Reiki session, the recipient remains fully clothed while the practitioner lightly places their hands on or near specific areas of the body. Reiki is believed to help reduce stress, alleviate pain, enhance emotional well-being, and improve overall health by clearing blockages and restoring balance to the body’s energy fields. It offers a peaceful, nurturing experience that encourages physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, known as reflex areas, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body. This practice is based on the belief that stimulating these reflex points can help restore balance, improve circulation, and promote overall health and well-being. Reflexology aims to alleviate stress, reduce pain, enhance relaxation, and support the body's natural healing processes. It is a non-invasive and soothing treatment that can help address various conditions, such as headaches, digestive issues, and fatigue, by encouraging the body's self-healing abilities.

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to stimulate the body's lymphatic system, promoting the natural flow of lymph fluid. This technique uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage the movement of lymph, which helps eliminate toxins, reduce fluid retention, and boost the immune system. MLD is effective for reducing swelling, improving circulation, and enhancing overall wellness. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as Lymphedema, post-surgical recovery, and chronic inflammation. By supporting the body’s natural detoxification process, MLD promotes relaxation and helps improve overall health.
