Manual Lymph Drainage is a light, manual technique that gently stretches the skin in order to promote the movement of lymphatic fluid. This is different from a traditional massage in that it is a specific treatment focused on lymph vessels in order to aid in the flow of lymphatic fluid and stimulate lymph nodes.
