Enjoy mixed modalities based on your personal preference and your body's needs. Including but not limited to myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish, somatic craniosacral work and neuromuscular etc. The goal of each session is to reset your nervous system and reduce pain.

Thai Reflexology is similar to classic reflexology, with added foot and leg stretches. Along with the profoundly relaxing reflexology (say that 10 times fast), you'll also be treated to warm weighted pads, hot towels, essential oils and a pain relieving balm application for your aching feet.
