Scheduled as your first appointment, the Initial Visit is a comprehensive evaluation to understand what’s driving your pain or limitations. We’ll review your health history and goals, perform a focused exam (posture, range of motion, orthopedic/neurological screens as indicated), and discuss findings with a clear plan of care. If appropriate, treatment may begin the same day and can include chiropractic adjustment/mobilization and supportive therapies. You’ll also leave with specific home recommendations to start making progress right away.

Physiotherapy
Scheduled after your Initial Visit or as part of your care plan, physiotherapy appointments use modalities such as heat therapy, electrical stimulation (TENS/e-stim), and/or ultrasound to reduce pain, calm muscle tension, and improve comfort for movement. Care is individualized and may include mobility guidance and home recommendations.
