Reflexology focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help relieve foot & calf pain. Excellent for those suffering with plantar fasciitis! What to expect: I will begin steamed towels to clean and warm feet, followed by Hot Stones to relax and sooth. 90 minutes of Light - Firm pressure (you choose) massage of feet and calves using essential oils of your choosing, and cupping of feet and calves. Finished with steamed towels for feet and calves, ending with a peppermint relief gel.
