Please book this appointment if this is your first visit with Azumi. You will receive an online intake form by email to complete prior to your appointment. A health history review and assessment will be completed at the beginning of your visit in order to develop an appropriate treatment plan.

Your acupuncture treatment may include the use of one or more of the following: Acupuncture needles, e-stim, cupping, gua sha, moxabustion, diet therapy, tui na (Chinese massage). These various approaches will be discussed with you in detail after your initial Acupuncture interview and before your first treatment.
