This appointment begins with a focused movement and posture evaluation to identify the root cause of your pain or performance limitations. Your visit includes a detailed health history, nervous system and spinal function assessment, range of motion and soft tissue evaluation, with hands-on treatment provided during the same visit if time allows—however, a thorough assessment always comes first to ensure we address what your body truly needs. Please wear or bring athletic clothing for full movement assessment and hands-on care. Your second visit includes a Report of Findings (ROF), where we review your results, explain what’s going on and why it matters, and outline a personalized care plan. Total investment for Initial Exam + ROF: $250.
