Integrative Reflexology provides focused pressure on the bottom and top of the feet and hands to stimulate the body’s own ability to restore balance and speed the healing process. 45 min. session includes reflexology of the feet and calf/ foot massage, 60 min. sessions includes foot/ calf and hand reflexology and calf/ foot massage.
