Treatment may include any of the following: soft tissue therapy, cupping, dry needling, an adjustment, KT Taping, rehab exercises, laser therapy and any other recommendations the doctor deems necessary.
- Active Release Technique for soft tissue.
- Instrument assisted soft tissue therapy.
- Musculoskeletal injury taping.
- Spinal adjustments for pain relief.
- Core stabilization and proper breathing.
